Paperless Soft offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on web hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

2. Web Hosting Refunds

2.1 30-Day Guarantee

For web hosting services:

• Full refund available within the first 30 days of service
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@paperlesssoft.com
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

2.2 After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period:

• Refunds are prorated based on unused service period
• Setup fees and domain registration fees are non-refundable
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

3. Development and Design Services

For custom development, design, and digital marketing services:

• Projects are divided into milestones with agreed-upon deliverables
• Payment is typically structured in installments based on milestones
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed
• If work has been completed and delivered, refunds may not be applicable
• If project is cancelled before completion, refund will be calculated based on work completed and expenses incurred

4. Digital Marketing Services

For ongoing digital marketing services:

• Monthly subscription services can be cancelled at any time
• No refunds for services already rendered in the current billing cycle
• Future billing cycles will be cancelled upon request
• Refunds for prepaid services are prorated based on unused period

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Domain registration and renewal fees
• Third-party software licenses and plugins
• Services already delivered and accepted by the client
• Setup fees for hosting and development projects
• Custom work that has been completed and approved

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

8. Disputes and Chargebacks
